Course Description:
Welcome to Training Program by Horizon Sky The Basics of Pharma Project Planning & Construction Project Management, Basics of Pharma Project PCPM!!
This course is useful for, all level engineers, architects, and Pharma Professionals whether you are new to the field or looking to deepen your knowledge and to learn all processes of Pharma Project Planning, Purchase & Construction Project Management.
In this course we will learn the essential knowledge required to begin to learn all processes of pharmaceutical project planning, purchase and construction management.
We will learn various Pharma campus areas with walkthrough presentations, process flows, Roles and Responsibilities, of all teams involved in Pharma Project, all activities and chronology of Project set up from conceptualization to Completion.

Topic 1: Areas in Pharma Multi Facility Campus
We will walk through 100 Acre multi facility campus having 8 manufacturing plants, R&D center, central utility building C.U.B., Technical floors, Central Admin office Cafeteria, Parking Lots, Central warehouses and landscape.
Topic 2: Areas in Pharma Single Facility Campus
We will walk through 3,50,000 sqft single facility campus with manufacturing plant C.U.B., Plant admin, loading and unloading decks.
Topic 3: Areas in C.U.B. and Technical Floors
We will explore various areas in Central utility building, C.U.B. and infrastructures for Boiler, Chiller, Air compressors, Transformers, Generators, Water systems, ETP and STP.
Topic 4: Process flow and Areas in Biologics Bulk Drug Facility
We will understand upstream and downstream process flows and various areas in Biologics Bulk Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility.
Topic 5: Process flow and Areas in Biologics Fill Finish Facility
We will learn, process flows and various areas in Biologics Fill-Finish Facility, for product with or without, lyophilization.
Topic 6: Roles of Client Corporate Team
We will have deep dive in roles of Client Corporate Project Management team for budget, finance, purchase, and project monitoring.
Topic 7: Roles of Architects
We will understand roles of Architects Team in Pharma Facility campus master planning and facility space planning and coordination with other teams.
Topic 8: Roles of Engineering Design Team
We will go through Roles of Engineering Design Team in Pharma Project Planning and Construction Management for Civil- structure, HVAC, Utility piping, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire suppression and Process designs.
Topic 9: Roles of Project Management Team
We will understand roles of a Project Management team for Project Coordination, Construction Management, Erection, Testing and commissioning and closeout. Topic
10: Pharma 4,0 AEC Perspective Points
We will take overview of, Pharma 4.0 points to be considered by Architects and Engineers while designing Pharma facility.
Topic 11: Pharma Project Setup Chronology
We will have deep dive total chronology and stages of the project and processes for Pre design stage, Design stage, Purchase Management, and Construction Management which will give complete insight of Project from concept to completion.
By the end of this course you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of the basics of Pharma project management. This will prepare you to take on any role within a project management team and also enhance your leadership skills in addition to your core strength.
